The **Robert Herder Fromago Kapro cheese knife** is a small, special knife specifically designed to cut the soft, but crumbly crust of goat's cheese. With the pointed tip you can easily cut through the crust after which you use the razor-sharp edge to cut slices of goat's cheese. You can also use this knife to cut other types of soft cheese.

## Robert Herder Fromago Kapro handle

The handle is made from plum wood. The front of the handle is slim, making the knife easy to use. The handle, however, is quite thick to make sure you, despite the short length of the blade, can still apply a lot of pressure. In addition, the handle is located at a high angle in relation to the edge. As such your hand has enough room during use. Great if your table is filled with snacks!

## Robert Herder Fromago knives

Robert Herder's Fromago knives are perfect for the cheese board. You can use them to cut hard, medium and soft cheeses with ease, as well as the bread served with the cheeses. The knife's blade runs all the way along the handle, which is known as full-tang construction. The blade is attached to the beautiful plum wood handle with three rivets. 

Please note that you cannot put these knives in the dishwasher. They could come into contact with other steel objects, which will damage the blade. The handle also stays moist for too long in the dishwasher, which causes damage to the wood. We recommend rinsing the knife after use and drying it straight away.
