The ready-made blades are made of high-quality steels known for their hardness, toughness and wear resistance. Each type of steel has unique advantages, but they all offer reliable quality and excellent cutting performance.
Tips for making your own handle

Choose the right material: for example, choose G10, micarta or a hard type of wood like olive wood or ebony wood.

Securely attach the handle scales: use a brass pin, for example, available in almost every hardware store.

Use a strong glue: epoxy glue or two-component glue is recommended. The rule of thumb here is that the longer it takes to dry, the stronger the connection will be.

Prepare the surface: properly degrease the surface before using the glue, and roughen the parts of the blade and the scales with coarse sandpaper before you add the glue for optimal adhesion.
