I substitute a regular lunchbox for this amazing thermos. 
Perfect size - 400 ml. Food stays warm during several hours. 
I am satisfied of high quality and price. Very easy for using: suits for dishwasher, cutlery is already there, robust lid mechanism (even for soup).  
Plus it looks pretty fancy!
Hard recommended for daily using.
